The Task Workflow Screen contains the workflow status of each task. Users can click on a task and add time associated with the task, as well as move it across the design, implement, testing, ongoing, or completed statuses of the task.

To get started, the Task Workflow Screen should be accessed and the list of tasks should be reviewed. Tasks can be clicked on to view their details and time can be added to them as needed. This feature is especially useful for tracking the time spent on each task and ensuring that project deadlines are met.

In addition to managing time, tasks can also be moved across different status of the workflow, such as design, implement, testing, ongoing, or completed. This allows users to track the progress of their tasks and ensure that they are on track to complete them on time.

To move a task across the different status, click on the task status portion of the customer job, for a time entry to pop up, the system would complete the prior status associated with the task and move on to the next status (ex:Implementation to Testing).

Overall, the Task Workflow Screen is a valuable tool for managing tasks and ensuring that projects are completed on time. With its user-friendly interface and powerful features, task management processes can be streamlined and project goals achieved more efficiently.

Task Detail

The Task Detail Screen provides detailed information about each task. It includes details such as the customer the task is attributed to, the type of task (whether it is an enhancement or maintenance task), and the chargeable information for the task.

To access the Task Detail Screen, users should click on a specific task from the list of tasks in the Task Workflow Screen. Once the task has been selected, its details will be displayed on the Task Detail Screen.

One important piece of information that can be found on the Task Detail Screen is the current status of the task. This allows users to easily track the progress of the task and determine if any action is needed to keep it on track.

Additionally, the time accumulated on the task can be found on the Task Detail Screen. This information is useful for tracking the amount of time spent on the task and ensuring that it is being completed within the allocated time frame.

The Task Detail Screen also provides information about the members working on the task. This allows project managers to easily assign tasks to specific members and track their progress on the task.

In addition to tracking time spent on tasks, the Time Chart screen also provides valuable information for project managers. Reports are available on time allocation to be used for regulatory reasons.

Miscellaneous Section

The Miscellaneous section in the HR Management module contains a range of useful features for managing employee information and expenses.

The Accomplished Summary Report in the HR Management module provides users with a summary of information on Customer Jobs, Task Descriptions, Total Charged, and Hours Spent for each customer job. This report can be used for analyzing the overall progress of the organization's work and help in making decisions regarding resource allocation.
